Electronic Technician 4 ABCD Shifts

Will plan and perform major modifications,provide electrical maintenance, trouble shoot, and solve electrical problemsfor manufacturing and building equipment. Maintain records and equipment toreduce electrical delays and breakdowns and make changes necessary to improvesafety. Maintain all electrical documentation in accordance with local code andLSC Communications standards. This position will also provide assistance with mechanicalmaintenance. Provides practical leadership in a team-based setting.
Lead Projects, effectively work withEngineers, other Tech's and Vendors
Build, program and diagnose PLC systems
Installs power supply wiring and conduit fornewly installed machines and equipment.
Connects power supply wires tomachines and equipment, and connects cables and wires between machines andequipment.
Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatussuch as transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures and replaces damaged orbroken wires and cables. Troubleshoots and repairs malfunctioning circuits andcalibrates control systems used throughout the plant.
Troubleshoots various machinery andparts using a variety of test equipment such as oscilloscope and multi-meter.
Replaces faulty electricalcomponents of machine such as relays, switches, and motors, and positionssensing devices. Replaces and lubricates electric motor bearings and rewiresmotors.
Diagnoses and repairs or replacesfaulty electronic components, such as printed circuit boards.
Adheres to and promotes all safetypolicies and procedures including, but not limited to the proper handling ofhazardous waste, lock out - tag out rules and hearing and eye protectionpolicies.
Uses proper fire rated PPE to helpprotect against minimum contact with chemicals, abrasions and dermalabsorption.
Performs other related duties andparticipates in special projects as assigned.
Follows all Operating Procedures(Ops) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required by ISO regulationswhere applicable.

7-10 years' experience in analyzing,troubleshooting and repairing of industrial drives, control circuitry, PLC'sand high and low voltage supply circuits is required. Associates degree ortrade school certificate in a related discipline preferred
Abilityto read, interpret and update electrical schematics
Industrialelectrical experience in a manufacturing setting is strongly preferred
Mustpossess a thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic components and equipmentincluding the use of special instruments for diagnostic purposes. Experiencewith A.C. and D.C. drives are necessary
Computerskills/operation and PLC system building, programming experience
Extensive PLC experienceis required. Troubleshooting to competent level of PLC driven machinery andSiemens/Allen Bradley is strongly preferred.
Ability to create drawings and schematics using CAD.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
